Brainy
Purpose
Brainy is a personal knowledge and productivity tool: a place to capture, organize, and act on your own notes, tasks, and projects. This policy exists so that everyone using Brainy, and the infrastructure and AI providers it depends on, can be used safely and lawfully.
Prohibited uses
You must not use Brainy to:
- Store, generate, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse another person, or store material intended to facilitate such abuse.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account, or to Brainy's infrastructure, source code, or the infrastructure of any subprocessor (including configured AI providers).
- Perform security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or load testing against Brainy without prior written authorization from Brainy's operator.
- Upload malware, or content designed to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with Brainy or any other user's use of it.
- Use Brainy's AI features to generate content that impersonates a real person without their consent, or to create material intended to deceive or defraud.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent account, plan, or rate limits, or resell access to Brainy without authorization.
- Scrape or bulk-extract other users' content, or use Brainy in a way that violates the privacy of any third party.
AI-specific expectations
AI features process only the content you explicitly submit through them (see AI & Your Data). Do not use those features to generate content that violates the prohibited uses above, and treat all AI-generated output as a draft that requires your review before you rely on or share it — AI can be wrong.
Reporting a concern
If you believe Brainy is being used in a way that violates this policy, or you have a security concern, report it through the deployment's designated support channel so it can be reviewed.
Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your account, at the discretion of Brainy's operator, without prejudice to your right to export your data beforehand where reasonably possible.
