Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter is free forever — no card, no trial countdown. Upgrade only when Pro features would genuinely save you time.
Who owns my notes and data?
You do. Your content is yours, scoped to your account, and never used to train models. Archiving is reversible, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
How does the AI assistance work?
AI suggests where notes belong, extracts action items, and drafts summaries — always labeled as AI-generated, always with your original preserved, and always with sources attached. It never invents facts or references; when information is missing, it says so.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your projects beyond the Starter limit become read-only until you archive them or upgrade again — your knowledge is never held hostage.
